The trailer for Chase Dudley‘s latest film, Between the Living and the Dead, is here, just dropped today! From the director of Blood on the Bleachers, Broken Innocence, The Desperate, Payday, Payton’s Burden, and a lot more, comes one in a favorite among Space Jockey Reviews sci-fi/horror scenarios–the end of the world! And this one looks like a bug-out, SHTF world, with fresh, bloody offerings for the genre! Along with the horror, from what we see, it’s also a harrowing tale of chaos and survival, testing what it means to be human.
“Do we know more?” you ask. Indeed we do, straight from Chase Dudley himself! “In a post-apocalyptic world, a desperate father searches for insulin to save his diabetic daughter. After he’s killed returning home, a hardened drifter named Cole takes it upon himself to protect the man’s two daughters, Morgan and Penny. As they fight to survive raiders, cannibals, and the collapse of humanity itself, the three must decide how much of their own humanity they’re willing to lose to stay alive.” With desperate girls fighting for life, a “hardened drifter” determined to help, the collapse of humanity, and cannibals out for blood, this end-of-the-world nightmare has all the elements of a winner, already!
Between the Living and the Dead, from Cut to the Chase Entertainment, stars Miguel A. Núñez Jr., Ka’ssee Rhe’anne, John Basler, Traci Wise, Lisa Kinser, Keshia Clemons, Krystelyn Walker, Yevgeny Jack Berner, Kris Smith, Vorel Garlock, and a lot more!
